Car Insurance Megastore Terms and Conditions

The following questions aim to reduce the amount of information that you need to input to provide you with the Car Insurance Megastore. We ask that you are complete with all of your answers as they form a contract between you and your insurer, should you accept to take out a policy. If you need any help during the application or the quote is for Any driver policy, A Modified Vehicle, An Imported Vehicle, Disabilities / Medical conditions or DVLA Restricted Licence, please call our underwriting team on 01902 83 4444.

Please confirm the following regarding YOUR VEHICLE:

• It is not normally kept anywhere else but your home address overnight 
• It is not a commercial vehicle or a pick up  
• It is not used for private hire, competitions or rallies. 
• It is not used for commercial traveling, cold calling or deliveries 
• It is not a Q registration vehicle

Please confirm the following regarding YOUR NO CLAIMS BONUS:

• Your No Claims Bonus has been earned in the UK from a private car policy and is not being used on another vehicle-(if your No Claims Bonus is being used on another vehicle please call for guidance on second vehicle discounts) 
• Your No Claims Bonus is current and has not expired over 2 years ago at the time you wish the policy to commence

Please confirm the following regarding YOU:

• You (or your spouse) are the owner and registered keeper of the vehicle. 
• You have a full or provisional UK driving licence.  
• None of the proposed drivers have a disability or medical condition which may affect your / their driving 
• None of the proposed drivers have any criminal convictions. 
• None of the proposed drivers have ever been refused insurance or had special terms imposed on previous insurance policies 
• All the proposed drivers have been continually resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
